Advancing paediatric ENT through research, education and training
The British Association of Paediatric Otorhinolaryngology (BAPO) takes a leading role in the development of paediatric otorhinolaryngology in Great Britain, encompassing the management of ear, nose, throat, airway, voice, swallowing and hearing disorders in children.

BAPO promotes excellence across medical, surgical and rehabilitative aspects of paediatric ENT, providing a forum for clinicians and scientists to share best practice, discuss clinical challenges, and present high-quality research through meetings, courses and educational events.

Our membership brings together ENT surgeons and a wide range of professionals involved in the care of children with ENT conditions. BAPO champions a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, encouraging the sharing of knowledge, experience and innovation to improve outcomes for children and families.

BAPO works closely with national and international organisations to provide expert advice, influence policy and ensure paediatric ENT remains a priority within healthcare. We place particular emphasis on supporting trainees and fostering the next generation of paediatric ENT leaders, while advancing the specialty for the benefit of the public.
