General format

Please prepare a video of your presentation up to a maximum of eight minutes in duration. A dedicated question and answer session will not be scheduled however other delegates of the conference may approach you with questions about your presentation during the conference.

Picture and video format

The recommended format for videos is MPEG-4 with H.264 encoding and 1080p resolution, however just about any video file type is may be used. Higher resolution is is supported but you are requested not to use 4k recordings as this will consume more bandwidth than should be necessary. If you need that high resolution to see the text in your presentation then the text is definitely too small. There is no limit on the maximum file size which may be uploaded.

All of the following file types are supported:

  • MP4
  • AVI
  • WMV
  • MOV
  • FLV

Examples of file types which cannot be used for videos include MP3, WAV, WMA, JPG, PNG and PDF.
