BAPO Conference Update

BAPO is deeply saddened by the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and we offer our deep condolences to Royal Family.

We are mindful of the official period of mourning in place in the next week in the United Kingdom and the sorrow being expressed not only across the country but also around the world. We are aware that some national medical meetings and official functions taking place in the next week have been cancelled. However, after lengthy consideration we have decided that the annual meeting in Bristol should go ahead next week, albeit in a sombre and respectful manner.

A minutes silence will be held at the start of the meeting on Thursday.
